If you want to be ahead of the game on education policy and practice, then the Academies Show is a must attend event. You come away having listened to inspiring seminars and talks, looked at amazing resources, networked with like minded people and inspired to do better despite all the obstacles we all face in these challenging times. A really useful day away from your own Academy.

The show was very informative and I enjoyed hearing examples of good practice

Head Teacher Blacon High School

Well organised day, learned a lot in order to move my school forward.

Headteacher St Mary's & St Thomas' Church of England Primary School

The show was well organised easy to get too. The atmosphere was relaxed and the variety of products and information was excellent.

Regional Director SkillForce

The show was informative, well delivered and allowed excellent networking opportunities for all who attend.

SBM Charnock Hall Primary School

I am really pleased my colleagues and I were able to attend the Academies Show.  During the day we were able to network with important partners as well as take some good advice and technical knowledge from the seminars.  It was a shame the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award did not have a marketplace stand too.

Well worth going. Don`t worry about the large size of the show you can find what you want by being selective

Pupil Premium Coordinator St Margarets Academy Liverpool

The Academies Show brought together huge amounts of expertise regarding current issues in education and allowed me to gain valuable insights into good practice around the UK.

Deputy Head Henlow CE Academy

This was my first visit to a show of this kind in several years. I was most impressed with the organisation, range of seminars available, friendly people manning the stands (and refreshment areas!) – and I loved the headphones. It made for a much better experience when I was not straining to hear what the speakers were saying. I picked up lots of tips and information, and returned to school tired but buzzing!

Deputy Head teacher Falconer's Hill Academy

A fabulous event, well organised, access to excellent CPD and resources and a free lunch!

The Academies Show provides an invaluable opportunity for personal development, with new topic areas every year, an opportunity to hear from leaders in the sector, meet service providers and network. I saved so much research time by attending: listening, learning and debating current issues with people I met at the show.

We found the Academy Show offered us the chance to compare what exhibitors had on offer in one place on one day which has saved us valuable time.

This is the key event for EFSA to meet a wide range of influential figures from across the sector and to talk face to face about funding and other crucial topics

”I am new to the education industry and I found The Academies Show a great place to learn more about it and meet key suppliers.”

”The Academies show is a ‘must attend’ event for school leaders. There is a wealth of information and guidance not just for academies but for other mainstream schools; I have come away with tools to support us before, during and after our conversion to Academy status within a MAT. I intend to attend the next one and recommend it to my network of school business managers. A great show!!”

”Brilliant, Extremely Informative and a MUST for Professionals in the Education Sector”

A fantastic day where you can cram in weeks worth of networking and professional development. Well worth the long train journey, next year we are hiring a coach so we can bring more colleagues.

Great event to attend for most recent updates on anything to do with primary/secondary education, covering pretty much every aspect of running a school

An excellent way to find key information and meet people who can help ensure that conversion goes smoothly and that our school begins to reap the benefits of Academy status as quickly as possible.

Headteacher Flixton Junior School

This is a great opportunity for STA to meet stakeholders and respond to queries about primary assessment, including the recent consultation responses and changes to assessment for future years

Standards and Testing Agency

The show was worth attending and the variety of stands was very good.
